ey passed through Cordova. The camp we visited, No. 4CCopper River is its name, will be per-manent for two years or more, as thebridge will take so long to build. WeMant to locate The Red Dragons firstdaughter here. It will be a tent clubhouse, floored and boarded up, which willserve as a reading and game room, and aplace for writing letters, where we alsocan hold services occasionally as we areable to come out. ,As we were calling at the bunk houses II saw men sitting reading on the sidesof their bunks, a couple playing chess, at the one table by a window, with agroup of onlookers. Do your readersknow a bunk house? It has an alleyfrom the door to the opposite wall andwindow, from wlji^the two alleys run inboth directions to tile end walls and thefour windows. It has a double, or pos-sibly triple, tier of bunks on each sidewall, and two such down the middle, ac-commodating a goodly company. Fancythe luxury of a loafing room after sup-per before bed when men are of necessityso crowded!
