English: PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Seaman Food Service Specialist Edward Fuchs (Fooks), of Coast Guard Cutter Mackinaw, rushes to finish preparing his meal on time for judging during the Junior Master Chef competition at the 32nd Annual U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition at Fort Lee, Va.
