The text is integrated and placed across the bottom edge, in black and in red. image: a stylised depiction of a red coffin which is unnaturally elongated, stretching back towards an explosion in the background. A large shell is placed on top of the coffin, with another on shell and a hand grenade positioned on the ground. text: A. GAMES. Curiosity Ignorance Bravado Accidents occur daily from each of these causes. Treat ammunition with respect and save it to kill the enemy. Printed for H.M. The artwork was created by a commissioned military artist during their active service duties in the First World War. In the UK this these became controlled under the Crown Copyright provisions and so faithful reproductions may be reused under that licence, which is considered expired after 50 years.
