. \ \ \ Fig. 6. Diagram Showing Steering Control of Schiemann Trackless Trolley Train The route, which is about 2 miles long, is over the macadamizedpublic highway. The equipment consists of a single car of 3.15 tonsweight, while the motor develops 15 horsepower at 440 volts. The 386 TRACKLESS TROLLEY TRACTION 7 line is considered temporary because regular electric street cars willbe installed as soon as the traffic warrants. Listallations of this system are also found in Italy and France.
