English: Maj. Gen. Jon M. Davis hands the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing combat colors to Maj. Gen. Glenn M. Walters, relinquishing command of the wing to Walters at the flight line aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., May 24, 2012. Davis is selected for promotion to lieutenant general and slated to transfer to U.S. Cyber Command at Fort Meade, Md., as deputy director, pending Senate confirmation. "A news reporter asked me what my favorite memory of my time with the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing was, and I said that's an unfair question and I'm not going to give her the answer she wanted," said Davis during the ceremony. "Every single day of the last 22 months that I have had the honor to even be associated with this team of warriors has been my greatest day. Every single day."
