CAMPERDOWN WEEPING ELM. XJ. flilva. Ked ob Slippery Elm. Of medium size, and straggling open head. var. fulva pendula. Weeping Slippery Elm. A recently introduced variety of luxuriant growth, and elegant drooping habit. . Its branches shoot upwards at first, then bend in graceful curves toward the ground. It also retains its foliage much longer than other Elms. $1.50. U. gras A fine pyramidal grower. $1.00. *TJ. montaiia. Scotch, or Wych Elm. A fine spreading tree, of rapid growth,, and large foliage. var. camperdowil peildula, Camperdown Weeping Elm. Grafted 6 to 8 feet high, this forms one of the most picturesque drooping trees. It is of rank growth, the shoots often making a zigzag growth outward and downward of several feet in a single season. The leaves are large, dark green and glossy, and cover the tree Avith a luxuriant mass of verdure. See cut. $1.50. *var. Huntingdon!. Huntingdon Elm. Of very erect habit, and rapid, vigorous growth. Bark clean and smooth. One of the finest Elms for any pur- pose. var. peildula. Scotch Weeping Elm. A vigorous, graceful wreeping tree. Branches sometimes marked with a persistent, horizontal growth, and again growing perpendicularly downwards. Foliage large and massive. $1.00. var. pyramidalis de Dampierre. Dampierre's Pyramidal Elm. An elegant, pyramidal growing variety. $1.00. var. rugosa peildula. Hough-leaved Weeping Elm. A fine, pen- dulous variety, with large, rough leaves. $1.00.
