Aphis Origani, Pas^., lebt nach Passerini in Nord-Italien im Sommer zwischen den IJliithen von Origanum vulgare und Calamintha Nepetae, kommt an letzterer Pflanze auch im Frühling unter deformirten, blasigen und knotigen Blättern vor. 16. Typhlocyba piota, F. FJ. Im Juli und August findet man diese Kleinzirj^e an sonnigen Orten auf" verschiedenen Labiaten, namentlich auf den Blättern des Andorn, der Katzenmünze und Bailote, doch stets einsam lebend. 6. Gattung. Thymian. Quendel. Thymus. a. K ä f e r. 1. Apion atomarium, X., und 2. Cryptocephalus pygmaeus, Fb., werden nach Dr. SufFrian und eigener Beobachtung auf Thymus Serpyllum gefunden. Apion atomarium (auch elougatum?) sollen in Gallen dieser Pflanze leben. b. Falte r. 3. Zygaena Minos, Hö. (Vergl. Briza.) 4. Zygaena Pluto, Bd. Die Raupe wurde von Mr. Guenee bei Zerrmatt im Mai, Juni auf Thymus Serpyllum gefunden und aus- schliesslich mit dem Kraute bis zur völligen Entwickelung gebracht. Der Falter ei-scheint im Juli. 5. â Zygaena Peucedani, Hb. (Siehe Coronilla.) 6. Psyche plumifera, 0. Mann fand die Baupe auf Thymus Serpyllum. 7. Gastropacha Rubi, IIb. (Vergl. Hieracium.) 8. Orthosia ruticilla, Esp. Dahl entdeckte die Piaupe auf dem ge- meinen Quendel. Der Falter erscheint schon im April. 9. Cerastis Vaccinii, Hb. (Siehe Rubus, Vaccinium.) 10. Aspilates gilvaria, SV. (Vergl. Achillea.) 11. Thalera Thyniiaria, L. (Siehe Crataegus.) 12. Aeidalia mutata, SV. (Vergl. Dianthus.) Die Raupe soll nach G. Koch und Ant. Schmid bei Frankfurt in zwei Generationen, Anfang Mai und Ende Juli, auf dem Quendel leben. Der Falter fliegt Anfang Juni. 13. Aeidalia rubricata, Hb. Raupe nach Pastor Mussehl im Juli auf Thymus Serpyllum. Der Falter erscheint im Juli, August, nach Treitschke im Mai, Juni. 14. Aeidalia scutulata, SV. 15. Aeidalia paludata, L. â ornataria, Hnj). Dieser hübsche Spanner fliegt von Juni bis August. Die Raupe soll nach G. Koch im Sommer
