English: Muslin frock trimmed with black insertion circa 1915 Cotton muslin wrapper; cream coarse cotton banded with black net machine-embroidered. Loose wrapper with a high loose waist band. Deep V front and back front with wide lapels. Sleeves short cut in one with bodice. Skirt of two sides only ¾ length. All banded with black net. N.B. The garment is two similar sides, joined only at the back. Simple materials roughly assembled. .1- cream muslin dress; short sleeves; opens down front to show .2, a lace panelled underskirt
