The upper face is decorated with three small drilled-holes each of which is within an annulet. At the top of the object two drilled attachment holes are within an annulet. The outer frame of the object is decorated by dividing into two ornamental angular knops. The hook is rearward facing and contains a small incision resulting in a forked terminal.
