English: Copper alloy

Ear-scoop. Round-section shank with a flat curved oval scoop at one end, and a flat plate at the other; the latter appears to have broken in antiquity at a perforation enabling attachment to a bar holding a toilet set. Suggested date: Roman, 40-400. Length: 85.22mm, Width (scoop): 6.08mm, Diameter (of shank): 3.10mm, Weight: 4.57gms.
