Elgin-Belvidere Construction—Ribbed Concrete-Steel Bridge over the Kishwaukee River. has been built on to an old brick building purchased with thelot and which is to be used for passenger, express and stor-age purposes. The main portion of each substation is 32x31feet in floor area and 25 feet high and there is a tower atthe rear 27x12 feet in floor area which extends 7 feet abovethe main portion of the building.
