This and other photos taken on the same occasion with no record of the date appear to be earlier than File:Front view of a house (AM 77641-1).jpg, which is dated 1937, and in which landscaping is more advanced and there is a small plant in each corner either side of the left bay windows. A saw horse, ladder and other objects are to the left of the garage. Other large objects or small structures to the right of the house do not appear in later photos. A cutting has been made into the slope nearest the camera. Clods of earth have been placed to fill a depression in the property. An old wire fence stands along the near boundary.
