There are far more flowers than tliere were at any time last week, but busi- ness continues good. Chrysanthemums are not so plentiful, but are ex- ceptionally fine and bring fair prices. The prices on violets have dropped to $1 per hundred and even less in quan- tity sales. Gardenias are more plenti- ful, but are not in great demand. Or- chids sell well and are more easily ob- tainable.
