English: 150309-N-SY784-187 WATERS TO THE WEST OF THE KOREAN PENINSULA Damage Controlman 1st Class Steven N. Cato directs a SH-60 Seahawk helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 37, while underway aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain during exercise Foal Eagle 2015. McCain is on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of operation supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region. Foal Eagle is a series of annual training events that are defense-oriented and designed to increase readiness and maintain stability on the Korean Peninsula while strengthening the ROK-U.S. alliance and promoting regional peace and stability of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
