Description
English: A UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, from the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade takes off after dropping off Brig. Gen. James Blackburn (second from right), Command Sgt. Maj. Stanley Varner (right), commander and command sergeant major respectively of, Task Force Marne, 3rd Infantry Division, as well as Gen. Daniel Allyn (third from right), Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Army, during the VCSA’s visit here at Fort Stewart, April 28. While the VCSA’s visit was brief, he took the time to pay his respects to fellow comrades who had made the ultimate sacrifice, and are memorialized at Warriors Walk, a living memorial to those who were killed in action while serving in the 3rd Infantry Division during the last 12 years of conflict.
