Dress and jacket of dark poplin, trimmed with black and red Braid. The jacket has a wideturned-down collar, scalloped at the edge. The jacket is fastened at top and opens towards thebottom ; it is close-fitting behind and over the hips, and behind falls a short skirt scalloped at theedge and ornamented with braid. The sleeve, open at the end, is scalloped and trimmed in thesame manner. J he skirt has four rows of braiding, with the scallops turned downwards in twoot them, and upwards in the others.
