Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschützter ehemaliger Bauernhof (rückseitiger Scheunenteil) in Hagen-Halden, Berchumer Straße 61. Einer der ältesten Hofanlagen in Halden. Haupt- und Nebengebäude mit Ziegelsteinfassade. Urkundlich erstmals 1364 als Ryn Gude to Haldene im Lehnsregister der Grafen von Limburg erwähnt. Der Hof gehörte zur Bauerschaft Halden und im Schatzbuch der Grafschaft Mark von 1486 gab es unter den 11 Steuerpflichtigen der Burschop Halden einen Johan op dem Rynhove mit einer Abgabe von zwei Goldgulden. Das heutige stattliche Wohn- und Scheunengebäude wurde 1853 erbaut. Die Inschrift im Türarchitrav am Wohnhaus lautet: „CASP. HEINR. SONDERHOFF • CAROLINE KOCH • ANNO 1853“. Später Hof Appelbaum, heute Hof Halden.
