Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschützter Schemmann's Hof in Hagen-Haßley, Raiffeisenstraße 37. Die Ursprünge des Guts gehen auf eine Hofstelle der Kirche in Voerde im Jahr 1486 zurück. Im 30-jährigen Krieg verwüstet. Das Gebäudeensemble mit westfälischem Längsdeelenhaus wurde um 1770 erbaut und von der Familie Schemmann um 1900 erworben. Die 1996 gestorbene Tochter Elfriede Schemmann war ein Patenkind des US-Flugzeugwerksgründer William Edward Boeing. Seit 1976 wird der Hof von der Pächterfamilie Theymann landwirtschaftlich genutzt. Im Garten westlich des Wohnhauses befinden sich als Naturdenkmäler M-13.1 bis M-13.4, zwei Holländische Linden (Tilia x vulgaris), eine Winterlinde (Tilia cordata) und eine Rosskastanie (Aesculus hippocastanum) zwischen ca. 20 und 26,3 m Höhe.
