Description
Deutsch: Denkmalgeschützte Ruine „Gut Niederste-Hülsberg“ in Hagen-Vorhalle, Weststraße 145. Das Gut wurde urkundlich erstmals um 1100 erwähnt und gehörte zur Bauerschaft Vorhalle. 1486 werden im Schatzbuch der Grafschaft Mark in der Vorhelder Burschop mit 19 Steuerpflichtigen ein Clawes to Hulsberge und ein Dyrych to Hulsberge mit Abgaben von acht bzw. sieben Goldgulden genannt. Das heutige teilweise verschieferte Herrenhaus wurde 1785 von Johann Peter Niederste-Hülsberg errichtet. Auf dem weiträumigen Gelände des Guts stand auch eine Wassermühle (1904 abgebrochen) und ein Fachwerk-Kutscherhaus (1965 abgebrochen). Auch bestand eine enge Verbindung zu dem nahegelegenen Gut „Oberste-Hülsberg“ (besteht heute nicht mehr).
