Description
English: Description: Hanukkah lamp/Shabbat candleholder. Eight-branched candelabrum consisting of a base, shaft, branches and candle sockets with eagle finial. Rectangular stepped base raised on scrollwork with feet culminating in pedestal decorated with garlands, surmounted by stepped base with urn shaped shaft terminating in candle socket. Four double branches in foliate scroll form. Cup-shaped candle sockets on convex bases.

Object origin: probably Vienna, Austria
Date: approximately 1886-1922
