Description
English: Sgt. Carlos Toro, a native of Lajas, Puerto Rico, is presented an Army Achievement Medal during an awards ceremony at Camp Taji, northwest of Baghdad, Dec. 2. Toro was recognized for a flawless inspection of the Communications Security Facility, Nov. 11. Toro is a communications team chief assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company "Headhunter," 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment "Strykehorse," 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team "Warrior," 25th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad.
