In order to get intothe rhythm of the movement it is advisable to maketwo little steps between each stride. Parts Affected — The shoulders, upper back, arms, andchest. The oblique muscles on the sides of theabdomen, and the extensors and flexors of the thighsand legs are especially brought into play.
