Blaine Bellas, a rifleman with Headquarters Platoon, Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, NATO International Security Assistance Force, watches the reaction of local children after giving them food and water in Helmand province, Afghanistan. The Rock Creek, OH native is on his third combat tour in four years.
