Semple's Giant Late Flowering Asters. A handsome strain of late flowering Asters. Superior to all other sorts of this class, lengthening the Aster season until frost. The flowers are very large, measuring four inches in diameter, of purest colors, and are borne on long stems. They begin to bloom early in September. Pure White, Lavender, Shell-Pink, Bright Crimson, Dark Purple. Above varietie0, mixed, per pkt,, 10 cts. Aster, Dwarf Comet Bridesmaid. A delightful new color, only represented in a few classes of Asters. The flowers open white and change to a charming lilac rose. A remarkable free bloomer, comes true from seed, and produces almost exclusively perfect plants. Per pkt., 25 cts. Aster, Comet Flowered Lady Aster. A splendid new and quite distinct variety. Its luxu- riance of bloom and maroon lanceolate leaves, as well as the contrast between the fresh light green foliage and the graceful chrysanthemum-like flowers, produce a beautiful effect. Price, per pkt., 25 cts. Semple's Giant Aster. Christmas Tree Aster. Distinct early blooming race of peculiar habit, branching out horizontally in the shape of a fir ti»ee. It grows about iy2 ft. high and the lower branches have a spread of 2 feet. The flowers are globe shaped, often 80 to 100 appearing on one plant. Mixed colors. Per pkt , 20 cts. Giant Perpetual Carnations. This new hardy class combines the perfection of flowers of the Perpetuals with the earliness of the Margaret Carnations, flowering seven months after being sown, and will last until killed by severe frosts ; or, if desired, the plants can be potted in the fall, and they will continue to bloom profusely in the house during the winter. The flowers are very large, perfect and double, and have a great variety of colors. Price,rper pkt, 10 cts.
