equipment to attract men to her hallsso that she may teach them her great life les-son. We are all interested in a splendid recordfor Maryville athletic teams. We would feelthat this campaign was justified if its highestaim were to make possible the development ofa team that would defeat Tennessee, and rivalCentre, and challenge the attention of Tech, butthat is not the highest aim of the movement. The highest aim of the campaign is to provideequipment that wil! make Maryville attractiveto men about to enter college—so attractivethat they will come to Maryville and so comeinto contact with tlie great spirit of Maryville.
