Mr. OBrienrefused to introduce the resolution. During the latter part of the Majors talk, GeneralMover arrived via the elevator, and when he heard hisname mentioned in an uncomplimentary manner hestopped. The hallway was dark, and the Majors backwas turned to the elevator. In a very few moments theGeneral took his turn at the bat.
