Description
Deutsch: Richtfest. Unter den Gästen sind Oberbürgermeister Günther Bantzer (im hellen Mantel), rechts neben ihm Landesinnenminister Rudolf Titzck, vermutlich der Direktor der Vorsorge-Lebensversicherung Berlin, Edgar Schliebs, und im dunklen Mantel KWG-Direktor Werner Klouth. Die "Vorsorge" ist der Mitinvestor des Projekts.
