Fine for moist, shadedbanks. 10 cts. each, Si per dozen.I 5PIRANTHES cernua (LadiesTresses). Stems naked, about a foothigh, bearing a dense, twisted spike2 to 5 inches long, of white flowers.Grows naturally in moist, sandymeadows or pastures, and likes sun.12 cts. each, two for 20 cts. * 3° F. H. Horsford, Charlotte, Vermont. HABENARIA Hookeri. (d.) This native Or-chid is more interesting on account of itstwo large, deep green leaves, which lieclose to the ground. The spikes of green-ish white flowers are not showy. 15 cts. H. virescens. 10 to20 inches high, leafythroughout ; flowersdullish green, notshowy.
