Summary edit

Description Original caption on flickr reads: “Hyaena phalanges”. The labels on the bones, however, say ‘Bos primigenius’ (i.e. aurochs). The bones were captured on display in the Oxford University natural history museum. According to the labels they originally were recovered from the Pleistocene deposits of the Kirkdale Cave, North Yorkshire, England.
