Description
English: Col. Thomas J. Gordon, the commanding officer of II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, collects names in a Santa Claus hat as he raffles off a bicycle for the II MHG Christmas party at Goettge Field House at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Dec. 13, 2015. During the raffle, Marines, sailors, family and friends had the opportunity to win several prizes such as televisions, tablets, laptops and various children’s toys. II MHG provides combat ready command and control, communication, intelligence, security, supporting arms liaison, advisors, administrative and logistics capabilities to II MEF in order to enable its warfighting functions across the range of military operations.
