Nederlands: Rode Scheikundegebouw: Interieur, gedenkteken in de centrale hal. Bronzen reliëf, uitgevoerd naar ontwerp van de hoogleraar L.O. Wenckebach, met daarop 183 namen, zowel van studenten als van docenten en een categorie ‘vermisten'. In het midden een figuur ‘voorstellende een soort pelgrim, die stilstaat bij de gevallenen der Technische Hogeschool door oorlogsomstandigheden’. Bovenaan de tekst: ‘th – mcmxl – mcmxlv’ en eronder ‘Het schild was zwak, maar sterk is het betrouwen’, een dichtregel uit het gedicht ‘In Memoriam Anton Marinus Pleyte’ van oud-th-student Hendrik Jan Scheepmaker. Op 21 oktober 1948 officieel onthuld in het hoofdgebouw, Oude Delft 95. Later verhuisde het naar het nieuwe hoofdgebouw aan de Julianalaan 134.
