Stephanie Ciminelli, a military policeman assigned to the 401st Military Police Company, 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade out of Fort Hood, Texas, hands a bottle of water to an actor, portraying a displaced citizen, during a Vibrant Response 13 training exercise at a soccer stadium located on the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, Ind., July 26. The Fort Hood troopers were responsible escorting civilians into the stadium and aiding the Federal Emergency Management Agency and Red Cross in handing-out food and water to the displaced civilians. |
