Bill Sutterfield with U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) here in support of the 18th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop on Dec. 8, 2015. Operation Toy Drop was one of the largest, combined airborne operations in the world.
