Lt. Peddicord was in companies C and B, 2nd Kentucky Cavalry as a 1st Sergt. and a 2nd Lt. He was also listed as a 2nd Lt. in the 14th Kentucky Cavalry (digital soldiers records). Western Penitentiary is a prison in Pittsburg that housed 118 of Morgan's raiders in 1863 (History of Pittsburg and Environs: New York and Chicago, 1922, p. 94). Title: Kellion F.
