Alfred Paris, fils de Onésime Paris et de Agnès Provencher, né à Saint-Norbert d'Arthabaska le 18 août 1873 ; marié à Saint-Norbert, le 11 janvier 1898, à Sara Jolibois, fille de Hector Jolibois et de Elzire Mailhot. Monsieur Alfred Paris s'occupe de culture et de commerce de bois. Il fut élu maire de la ville d'Arthabaska en janvier 1923, et fut réélu en janvier 1925. »

the Comeau, fut baptisé à Bécancour le 2 septembre1812 En 1836, Michel Dubois est domicilié à Gentilly. Ilse maria à Bécancour, le 15 février 1836, à Lucie Leblanc,baptisée à Bécancour le 7 mai 1814, fille de Alexis Leblancet de Louise Hébert. Michel Dubois laissa Gentilly en 1842, et vint sétablirdans l^s Pointes Provencher sur le lot 12 du rang A, et surle lot 11 du rang B du canton dArthabaska. ErnestHoule est aujourdhui propriétaire de ce terrain. Il avaitalors quatre enfants : Joseph, Dolphis, Philomène etElzéar. Neuf autres enfants naquirent dans les Bois-Francs. Michel Dubois mourut à Saint-Médard de Warwickle 29 janvier 1884. Lucie Leblanc décéda à Saint-Valèrede Bulstrode le 9 octobre 1905. Joseph Dubois, fils de Michel Dubois et de LucieLeblanc, fut baptisé à Gentilly, le 27 juillet 1837. Le 21 octobre 1862, il épousa, à Saint-Christophe,Odile Bigot-Dorval, domiciliée à Arthabaska, fille de Mi-chel Bigot-Dorval et de Josette Houle, de Bécancour.

Charles Dubois, né le 7 mars 1848, dans les PointesProvencher, baptisé dans la chapelle des Bras, le 19 dumême mois, est un des fils de Michel Dubois et de LucieLeblanc. Charles Dubois est décédé à lHôtel-Dieu dArtha-baska le 20 mai 1925, âgé de 77 ans.
