English: Signed and dated, May 4, 1775 Pedro Piernas; Imperfect, outer margin damaged with loss of text; Nineteen ordinances during the administration of Pedro Piernas as Lieutenant Governor of the Spanish establishments in the Illinois country, located at St. Louis. The ordinances deal with traders with the Indians, Fort Missouri, prices of goods, defence of the colony, etc.
