St. Paul's Bay is situated on the north-east coast of the island of Malta. Here good bathing may be found, and good accommodation for tourists. On the shores is a watch tower, one of several round the coast, erected as a first line of resistance by Grand Master Wignacourt. In the middle of the bay is the island of Barbamarco, where St. Paul was shipwrecked; a statue of the Apostle has been erected on the island.
