Description
English: Title: Masonic register

Abstract: Print shows a certificate for membership in a masonic order, partially filled out for Alex. F. Clark member of the Rising Sun Lodge no. 103 in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., April 4, 1881. On the left column is inscribed in ink "Initiated [...] May 18th 1874" and on the right is inscribed in ink "Passed [...] June 15th 1874". Includes, on the left, a portrait photograph of Clark, head-and-shoulders portrait, facing front, probably mounted on a carte-de-visite, which is embedded in the print. Physical description: 1 print : chromolithograph ; stone 61.2 x 45.9 cm, 24 1/16 x 18 in., sheet 65.4 x 49.3 cm, 25 3/4 x 19 3/8 in.
