English: Soldiers with United States Division-Center carry a simulated casualty to a waiting ambulance during a mass casualty training exercise at Camp Liberty, Iraq, Monday, April 25. The exercise, whose scenario had soldiers roleplaying casualties injured in a rocket attack, was a way to test the capabilities of medical response teams and other organizations that would respond should an actual mass casualty evnt take place. To add to tthe realism those roleplaying casualities had moulage applied to simulate wounds. |
