Description
English: Master Sgt. Frazier, dressed in camouflage fatigues, camouflage paint and combat helmet is kneeling down beside her weapon and backpack holding a map. Department of Defense has announced a change which could open thousands of combat support jobs to military women. The change was announced by Defense Secretary Les Aspin to give a new standard definition for direct ground combat and the elimination of the Department of Defense's "risk rule" effective October 1994.
