The reverse reads MIL/ITIS/DECV/INE - a legend that can be found on the coins struck at Kuinre (NL).Kuinre imitated the 'Hollandse penning' struck by Willem III at a value of 1/9 gros.This coin is very rare and may been struck under the reign of Jan I from Kuinre (1320 - 1323), reference: J.J. Grolle, Muntende Ministralen in Over-Sticht en Holland gedurende de 13° en 14°eeuw, Amsterdam 2002, page 135 - 3.2.5.
