English: A memorial is displayed in Soldiers' Memorial Chapel at Fort Carson, Colo., Nov. 9, honoring Capt. Joshua S. Lawrence of Nashville, Tenn., and Capt. Drew E. Russell of Scotts, Mich. The soldiers died, Oct. 8, of injuries suffered after insurgents fired a rocket propelled grenade at their unit in Kandahar province, Afghanistan. They were assigned to 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. |
