The Middle Lake, also called the Torc Lake and Muckross Lake, is reached by the visitor after passing Dinis Island on the journey from the Upper to the Lower Lake. The shore is lined with creeks and caves, and the precipitous cliffs endow the lake with wonderful echoes.
