Cindy Ortiz, and their partners Staff Sgt. Lex and Sgt. Hundie—for their service during a ceremony held Oct. 13, 2015, at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The team has supported MNBG-E as part of NATO’s Kosovo Force peace support mission for several months, including time spent with the 19th and 20th rotations of U.S. forces into Kosovo since 1999.
