Description
English: Page fifteen of the album with a half-length portrait of Eli Smith (left) and a bust portrait of George C. Thilenius (right). "Smith of Worth" and "Thilenius, Cape Girardeau" (written on album page).

Smith was a delegate from Worth County (12th senatorial district) to the Missouri State Convention held at the Mercantile Library in St. Louis from January 6 to 11, 1865.

Thilenius was a delegate from Cape Girardeau (26th senatorial district) to the Missouri State Convention held at the Mercantile Library in St. Louis from January 6 to 11, 1865.
