English: Copper alloy

Button. Lightly dished circular button with stub of drawn wire suspension loop on reverse. The button front depicts a hound advancing left; this may suggest an association with fox-hunting. Manufacturer’s details appear in relief on the reverse, but are currently illegible. Suggested date: Modern, 1800-1940.
