Accompanied by text: In the Court of the Commissioners for Sale of Incumbered Estates in the West Indies, Montserrat. ([4] unnumbered pages : cadastral data, annotations ; 44 cm, folded to 26 x 11 cm). "At the Auction Mart, Tokenhouse Yard, in the city of London, on Wednesday, the 12th day of May, 1886, at one o'clock precisely.
