The city of Cleveland, Ohio, is now on the map as aproducing center for films. The Feature and EducationalFilm Company is the name of the first producing concernto be established in the Buckeye State. The company plansto produce pictures in two and three parts which will takean hour to display before the audience. The first two re-leases are entitled, Love and Aviation, and Zigomar.The F. and E. plan is to provide drama and comedy whichwill last an hour or more, one long reel making up anevenings entertainment, and be more like attending) astandard theater. E. Mandelbaum is president of the con-cern and believes that the one long-reel subject is an ideathat is bound to take a hold on the public.
