Wilkinson, Dean of Law Faculty at Fordham, appeared on the stand at the Senate Judiciary hearing at the Capitol today. He presented a resolution signed by all of the lawyers on the faculty at the Law School at Fordham University against the President's Supreme Court bill, 4/7/1937
