SAN DIEGO (Dec. 13, 2016) Children prepare to race during a “Holiday Bike Build” at Naval Base San Diego hosted by Rally Health and the Armed Services YMCA. The event gave 52 children of servicemembers stationed at Naval Base San Diego the opportunity to build a custom bike to take home.
